Short version: SPADE Trainer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-in. Everything you do in the app — lessons, progress, XP, streaks, flow-sheet notes — stays on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains how the SPADE Trainer app ("the app," "we," "us"), provided by TDK AI Solutions LLC, handles your information. It applies to the app published on the Apple App Store.
Information we collect
None. The app does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, device identifiers, or usage analytics.
Where your data is stored
All app content and your progress are stored locally on your device only, using Apple's on-device storage. Your lessons, progress, streaks, and points stay on your device. The only time the app communicates over the network is to process an optional subscription through Apple's App Store (see Subscriptions & Purchases below). We have no servers that receive your data.
No analytics, ads, or trackers
Aside from the App Store communication described above, the app does not send your data over the network, and it contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies.
Subscriptions & Purchases
SPADE Trainer offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, SPADE Pro. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — the app never sees, collects, or stores your payment details. To unlock paid content, the app asks the App Store to confirm your subscription status; this is handled entirely by Apple, and we do not collect or retain any personal information in the process. We receive only anonymized, aggregated sales and subscription reports from Apple — never your identity or payment information. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Notifications
If you opt in to daily practice reminders, those notifications are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No information is transmitted to us or to any third party to deliver them. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in your device's Settings.
Data retention and deletion
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it. To delete all of it, simply delete the app from your device. We retain nothing because we never receive anything.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for students, including those under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect information from children. We do not build profiles or target advertising.
Third parties
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any. The app is not integrated with third-party data-collection services.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect.
